For several years, TWC-Spectrum would call the customer and leave a recording when services or updates were to be performed that night, the day before, or early evening, so that subscribers would no what to expect. These updates could range from a box software upgrade, to Internet Upgrade, or planned general maintenance in the area.
The above plan made it easier for customers to know when updates were scheduled. Now, it has become a guessing game, a service goes down for updates with no call or warning, and than I have to call to hear that voicemail that says there is actual updates happening.
Go back to how it was were you could send out update calls when maintenance is scheduled to be done. Than customers would know what to expect regarding when their service(s) go down.
