Hi Jake,
The host station provides the On Demand Content to the provider, whether it is Cable, Dish, or U-Verse. If listings for On Demand are behind too excessively, you MUST email the station with the following information:
1.) The Shows or Series not being posted in a timely manner.
2.) Your state, city, and zip code
3) Your provider.
On Demand takes about three to seven days to process from the first airing. However, as it is way more than that in your case, you should contact the station.
If On Demand is not working on a persistent basis, the first thing we look for is a bad signal or drop line on the channel in question. Contact TWC via PM at this link with your account information, and request a tech be dispatched for a signal and drop line test.
