I would submit this situation by copying and pasting your first post via a PM to   This will put you in touch with a TWC employee.  In the PM, give the name on your account,  your account number, and a phone number for contact.

Ask them what the phone number is on Channel 111 and the reason behind it.

If you like, you can than tell us what they said.  Than, we will have official information.  Until that time, anything else is speculation.
