Hey Guys,
I wish there was a better way for Spectrum Subs to get the boxes they want. Why can't subscribers put in a request for the make and model box they desire when setting up a service call?
They say, "You can go to the store and exchange the box." However, think about the inconvenience of that. Bad weather, people who may be physically challenged, they have to drive or get someone to take them to the Spectrum Store, stand in line, get a box. What if it's a bad box when they get it home? Than they got to go back and repeat the process. That kind of nightmare is enough to make people want to cancel services.
It would be better for people to let the techs come out and handle the box issues. People pay a small fortune, especially for Triple Play Packages, Spectrum really needs to examine better ways for people to get the make and model boxes that they want.
