I agree with everything said about Spectrum's treatment of long standing TWC customers. As for your TV issues, KB2vvd, that is a signal or drop-line problem, or possibly the junction box on your street needing to be updated. Contact Spectrum for a tech visit to check your signals, drop-line, and junction box on the street.
Also, if you have a splitter, remove it. They can cause pixilation issues and can reduce signals by 50-90%. Try not to reset the box for at least six hours before the tech comes. Rebooting the box, or your modem, if you have Internet service will only reset the error codes. When the tech comes, tune to the station that pixilates the most and he will begin by taking a signal reading. A swapped box will not solve bad signals. This has to do with your wiring, drop-line, junction box, or a splitter.
