This is a small bug for lab testing,
I don't know what ODN build Wisconsin is on for The Guide, but customers when changing the Display Colors in Settings from "New" to "Classic" and "Classic to New" than pressing the Exit button, note that the color display will change accordingly. But the system goes to a dead VOD PPV channel when "C" or the "Exit" button is pressed.
Have not rebooted yet, and it is very hard to do so, because our cords and plugs are behind an entertainment cabinet and it is hard for me to move around in cramped spaces.
The workaround is easy. If you see this message, just change the channel on your box. I just wanted to put this out there in case other customers might have this same issue. I LOVE this box I must say, the Arris is really good!
