You likely have some malware on your tablet/PC. Not familiar with tablets. I would suggest rebooting your tablet.
For the email itself, if you get any messages in the future like that, send them to your Spam folder. This also reports the message to your email provider. What email service are you using?
I would recommend updating your Anti-Virus definitions and running a full system scan on the PC. Additionally Malware Bytes can run alongside your existing anti-virus and catch malware on your system. You can get the free version here:
Another good tool is Hitman Pro. During set up just select, the free trail and say, "No, I only want to perform a one time scan of this computer":
