Support tells me that we dont PAY for email, it is a free service they provide. My reply is usally, "Fine cancel everything, I will keep just the email account."
They support the WEBMAIL only, which is clunky, slow and frustrating. They will not help with any email client but the webmail client.
Currently I am not getting email in or out of my Outlook account for my legacy wi.rr.com accounts. I only use those for junk, or for one buisiness account that gets little traffic. Problem is Outlook searches these acounts and gets confused, and stops other accounts from loading.
Now out browsers will not recieve info, if it does it is slow. I have to call support which is frustrating. Waiting for blood pressure meds to kick in before placing call

This is gonna sound like a cop out, but it's true. TWC/Spectrum has never been an email company. They are not specialized in email technology, so they can only provide a very average level of mail service. TWC Road Runner is a defunct service provided only to those grandfathered into that system for years. If and whenever it changes to Spectrum, don't expect other issues to change.
Get a free Yahoo, Gmail, or Outlook.com account. Google accounts not only provide Gmail, but akso an outstanding and free compatible Microsoft Office Suite with Google Drive with 15 GB of free storage in the cloud. Microsoft Office Online, although not as good as Google Drive due to less free storage (only 5GB) and the modern Microsoft Office Ribbon that a lot of people don't like, will give you about 80% of the paid Microsoft Office versions for free with your free Microsoft Account through Outlook.com. Yahoo Mail does not have a free Office counterpart, but is also very good.
Please also install one and only one ad blocker for each of your browsers to help with stopping free email banner ads. I would recommend Ad Block Plus. More than one add blocker will conflict.
You will also get much better security with a free web-based email above. TWC Road Runner email is not good enough anymore,
