You should send a support ticket request PM to   Include your name, phone# and account information with a request to send a tech out to perform a signal and drop line test for your Internet service.  In your PM, mention any other services you have that may be problematic such as Cable TV or Phone.

 

This sounds like a signal or drop line related issue.
