You can always post your signal levels and Ms. Raye who is our signal level specialist can take a reading and see if there is something obvious. If you decide to do that, don't reboot your cable box(es) modem, or router(s) for at least six hours before posting the levels. Than, if you do post the levels, she can take a reading and make comments, Than if you do need to call, you can print out those levels and show them to the service tech when he comes.
