What is up with those Samsungs? I have only had Arris and Cisco models, and of course, years ago the ancient SA's. The "Sammy's" can be very buggy.
I send that in hoping that the OP's problem doesn't come back! I was sure that this was a signal issue, line issue, or account code issue.
