Poor racoon! What are the latest non DVR boxes? It's been years since I have had one. How is the speed on yours? Did the box download a whole software update after the cold reboot? It must have, if it took an hour. My Arris DVR only takes I think about four minutes, and I can't recall the last time that it needed to be rebooted
