Hi Dan,
I understand that for a period of the first one to two years, customers will have a choice of staying with a TWC plan, or moving to a Charter plan. This will be the norm until Charter's billing system and pricing structures are complete:
This thread's post is an example of a Charter Price list in a legacy Charter area. There are three pricing tiers for packages (simpler it would appear than TWC) Choice, Silver,and Gold. There are also Ala Carte services for packages. None of this goes into effect until Charter completes the billing system formats to allow their pricing tiers to be in effect. (Between one to two years away it is estimated.)
