You may need to wait for about six hours or so for the changes and codes to be reflected on your account for new services when they are added.  This is similar to a 6 to 24 hour wait before Caller ID on TV shows up on a new or swapped box for a Digital Phone Subscriber.  Some services like Remote DVR Manager can take 48 hours to synchronize with a new box.  But it should not be anywhere near that long for Digital Phone service changes.

 

If you are not up and running with TWC Digital Phone by late tonight say 9PM (40 minutes is not enough time) please send a PM to  with your name, phone number, and account # on your statement, stating that you signed up for International Calling on TWC Digital Phone, waited six hours for the account to synchronize, and still don't have International Calling.  They will help, and you won't have to call Customer Service again for this issue.
