We were having Problems with Our Internet service  the tech that came out a supervisor Reuben Tech # 03180 was great he and another tech Arrived at 11:00Am, they tried all kinds of things to get our services working, went through 3 Ubee Modems that would not provide internet but provided phone service they then tried a Arris Modem which provided internet but would not provide Phone they called several different people trying to figure out what was going on, with out sucsess it was now approaching 8 hours on the trouble call but he would not leave until the problem was resolved, When he finnally manged to get the problem resolved . he checked all our services to make sure everything was working properly which it was, and left this Morning he called us to make sure everything was still working I told hime it was but we were getting slightly slower speeds on the internet  and he will be back here on monday . he is very dedicated to customer service, the other tech with him eas also very good his name i belive was Jose , they are both very good representitives of Time Warner Cable and should be commended if all your techs were like these 2 you would have much less in the area of comlainints please pass this on to management so they can be recognizied.
