Have they said what happens to non-Maxx TWC areas before and after this time? Non-Maxx has a maximum of 50Mbps.
Charter will continue with Maxx upgrades for Internet, Cable TV, and Phone. The only difference will be instead of being branded under the name TWC Maxx, we will be known as Charter Spectrum.
