Road Runner is 15 years old! It is no longer updated and is only offered via grandfathered accounts. Switch to a Webmail provider. Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Outlook.com are all modern fast web email services. Gmail and Outlook.com give you access to Google Drive or One Drive respectively. A full free Office Suite included with your free email account. Google Drive has more free storage, (15 GB vs, 5 GB) Make sure you have an ad-blocker in each of your browsers to block the banner ads. If you don't have an ad blocker already, get Ad Block Plus. (Only one ad-blocker per browser is advised to prevent slow-downs and conflicts.)
