Need more information to help.  Some questions:

 

1.) Is this a new box or have you had it for awhile?

2.) Same question for #1 regarding the TV?

3.) Has the equipment worked before?

4.) Make and model of the box?

5.) Is it an HDTV and box?

6.) Are you connected via Component Cables or HDMI Cable?

7.) Is /was this box a new install by a tech or a self-install?

8.) What other services from Spectrum do you have?  How are they working?

9.) Any recent service calls or changes to the account?  If so, what was done?
