Yes, Satch and I are still having this problem. We even rebooted our Navigator boxes. I tried to search for HBO's Ready Player One last night, but it couldn't find its 2D movie (only previews and 3D movie). I PMed James_M to reopen that other thread.

Ditto what Ant said! I also did the Settings menu reboot in ODN and the cold reboot in ODN with no change. Friday, my area in Brookfield was without any TV, Phone, or Internet for about two hours at two separate times that day.
My theory is that the update has not been pushed to our boxes yet, and that this might be one of those Monday into Tuesday Morning 12am-6am box auto reboot cycles with the funny letters and numbers count down like when there is a new version update. Traditionally a regular reboot via Settings or power off and unplug just reloads the existing guide version onto the servers. The reboot that fixes this has to be an automatic update push from Spectrum during the 12am-6am maintenance window. The manual regular reboot" did not work for either of us at all.
If James opens up that other thread, I propose a merging of the two open topics so that we can follow along with this.
