Do you mean the cable box? Or a Mobile application? If it is the box, power off the box, than unplug for one minute. Than plug the box back in, and wait for the time to show on the display. Check your program guide now.
If the guide is still not visible, or the problem comes back after a few days, you have bad signals. At that point, contact TWC with some account information at this PM link.
