Can someone explain why I can watch some on demand episodes on my Spectrum App  but cannot watch those same episodes on my cable box?  My particular example is with Feud: Bette and Joan where Episode 7 is available on the App and not on the Cable Box. I am using the App for iOS on my Spectrum Wi-Fi network at home.

I can relate to this,

There are issues with data missing on some cable boxes, but not others.  I have already mentioned that Match Game from the 1970's on GSN only shows up on SA-model cable boxes ODN Navigator guide builds in the B-button keyboard search list, but is nowhere to be found on the Advanced Digital System Gateway (ADSG boxes) also running Navigator on using the B-button advanced keyboard search.  The only Match Game results that return on a modern Navigator ODN box search, are the new ABC On Demand Series Listings for the New Match Game series.

The same is true doing the above search on Remote DVR Manager by logging into "My Account" using the same example.  All that shows are the new ABC series episodes.  GSN's 1970's version is nowhere to be found.

Your example with Feud: Bette and Joan where Episode 7 shows on the Spectrum Applications, but not on the cable box, also illustrates that search data is not consistently reliable across platforms.

You need to submit the specific make and model of your cable box, and the Spectrum TV application that you are using.  Give your city and state in a reply to this thread, and ask that an investigation ticket be opened with regards to this missing search data on the cable box.

Submit this information with a reply to this thread, and a mod should respond within 24 hours that a bug report has been sent.
